Mr. Benjamin Sename

Production Manager

Mr. Benjamin Sename serves as the Production Manager at Shammah Water Resources Limited. With a solid foundation in engineering and industrial systems, he brings technical precision, leadership, and strategic oversight to the production department.

As Production Manager, he is responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the sachet water production process — from raw water treatment through packaging. He ensures that all machines, staff, and production lines operate efficiently,effectively, safely and in strict compliance with Voltic’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

His strong technical background makes him instrumental in:

Equipment maintenance and performance monitoring
Factory layout optimization
Quality control collaboration with QA/QC
Shift scheduling and staff supervision

His leadership on the production floor ensures consistent daily output, reduced downtime, and a working environment that prioritizes safety and productivity.

Mr. Richard Nyarko

Quality Assurance Officer

Mr. Nyarko brings scientific expertise and administrative discipline to Shammah Water Resources Ltd. As the Quality Assurance Officer, he oversees microbiological and physicochemical analysis, ensures compliance with Voltic’s SOPs, and works closely with regulators like the FDA and GSA. He also contributes to internal policy development, training, and system structuring.
